Machine Learning Researcher

We're looking for an exceptional Machine Learning Researcher with strong analytical ability, deep curiosity, and the drive to solve difficult problems.

This is a hands-on research role for someone who likes moving quickly: forming hypotheses, building experiments, testing ideas, learning from the results, and trying again.

What you'll do

• Research and develop machine learning approaches for challenging real-world problems.
• Form hypotheses and test them through rapid, well-designed experiments.
• Work directly with data, models, code, and experimental results.
• Explore new methods and ideas rather than relying only on established approaches.
• Work closely with engineers to turn promising research into working systems.
• Continuously improve models and research processes based on evidence and results.

This is an individual contributor role. We are looking for researchers who want to stay close to the data, models, experiments, and code rather than move into management.
